An open space with clearly delimited areas. When you enter the hotel, you’ll find the reception desk on your right. Straight ahead, the lobby, which is divided into two levels: on the lower level are armchairs where waiting won’t seem long, and on the upper level is our bar-café, where you can enjoy the bartender’s cocktail-making skill. And in the back, the entrance to our Michelin-star winning Xerta Restaurant.
“Ceramic is one of the richest materials in the history of humanity. In conjunction with the IAAC, we engraved a texture on 800 unique ceramic pieces based on Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, recomposed by Max Richter with the assistance of a robot following an algorithm. These are unique pieces with the singular feature that if needed, we could recreate them. These projects make our profession wonderful.”
Ceràmica Cumella is known for carrying out such impressive projects as the roof of the Santa Caterina market in Barcelona and participating in the restoration of Parc Güell.
