The cuisine from the Delta del Ebro inspires and forms the backbone of this culinary experience, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2016. The food is honest and respectful of the product, and then takes it to a higher level. Rice dishes, eel, fish and seafood, game and meat from the lands near the Ebro River. Products crafted in contemporary ways with touches inspired by Asia and French Nouvelle Cuisine.
