Frán López

Fran López bases the culinary proposal of the restaurant on the claim of Terres de l'Ebre cuisine and offers dishes that combine the most innovative gastronomy, with the culinary tradition of territory based on seasonal products.

In 2014, together with his brother Joaquim López, he undertakes a new project, La Bodega Pagos de Híbera in the Terra Alta DO, known as the Vi Cathedral, located in Pinell de Brai.

At the beginning of 2016, López opened the Xerta Restaurant in the Ohla Eixample hotel, taking the Terres de l'Ebre products to the Eixample district of Barcelona. Six months after its opening, Fran López and his kitchen team get their first Michelin Star and become the only Terres de l'Ebre chef to have two stars from the Red Guide.
 

Xerta Restaurant opens its doors from Tuesday to Saturday from 1pm to 4pm and from 8pm to 11pm.
